A more classsic approach

Description

Alga is a small range featuring a dining arm chair and two circular glass topped tables in the classic Lloyd Loom look.
The construction of Alga typifies the high quality of Point patio furniture.
The high density of rattan is indicative of superior exterior furniture. At Casa e Jardim we have had Alga for our patio dining for over 15 years and it's still looks as good as new.
Fabricated in lacquered aluminium and wrapped in ‘Shinotex’ synthetic fibre, Alga has the appearance and essence of traditional rattan but the durability of Point contract furniture.

Alga needs seat cushion and this can be chosen in any fabric from the POINT ranges.

Alga Dining Table is topped in tempered glass.

Shintotex® - Advanced Fibre

The synthetic rattan used in Point products is a proprietary product call Shintotex®.
Inspired by the beauty and resilience of nature, Shintotex® is much more than a synthetic fiber; it is the result of years of research and development to offer the highest quality in comfort, functionality, and durability.

The secret of Shintotex® lies in its meticulously designed composition. With a combination of polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE), together with catalyst components such as UV filters, pigments, antistatic agents, and plasticizers, Shintotex® offers exceptional resistance to weather changes, abrasive chemicals, and deterioration, ensuring a long service life even in the most demanding conditions.

Alga is made in Shintotex® using a round Ø3mm weave in 'toasted' colour-way.
