Description

Gau is a simple yet elegant circular centre table. The famous phrase by Mies van der Rohe comes to mind: less is more. The table is available in various dimensions and finishes which can be combined to create a personal and unique result.

A simple flat top
- A surrounding partial border, 'Crest'.

Wood veneer: DM board covered with wood veneer. UV cured varnish in faces and polyurethane in edges.
Lacquer: DM board coated with acrylic lacquer.
Metal legs in graphite: Steel sheet covered with epoxy paint.

The Designers - Ibon & Silvia

A four hands creation. Hands of the designers Silvia Ceñal and Ibon Arrizabalaga. Silvia trained in industrial design in Spain, the Netherlands and Italy and has worked for years as a freelance. Ibon took his first professional steps with the Seat’s team of designers, and in 1998 began his career with Treku, where he is responsible for the design of household and industrial products.

Tmatt Finishes

Tmatt is a super tough technical material designed for furniture surface applications. With low light reflectivity, the Tmatt surface is extremely opaque, soft touch and anti-fingerprint. Thermal healing of superficial micro-scratches is also possible.
