Nao is from the exterior ranges of beautiful contemporary furniture by Spanish manufacturers Musola.

Minimalist and elegant, the NAO sun lounger is the result of the first collaboration of the Alicante-based company with the Valencian designer Javier Herrero. Its fresh and simple design makes NAO an elegant and timeless piece, capable of transmitting that vibrant Mediterranean style that distinguishes the brand.

Yet NAO goes one step even further combining aesthetic and inspiration with great functionality and versatility. Easy to move and to stack, it features a structure made of stainless steel that comes with optional rear wheels and an independent cushion.

The Designer - Javier Herrero

Javier Herrero (Valencia 1981) graduated as an Industrial Design Engineer in 2003 at the Universidad Cardenal Herrera-CEU.
In 2009 Javier opened the Javier Herrero* Studio, specialising in product design for furniture and lighting. The studio has also done some incursions into the world of interior and stand design. His work is characterised by simplicity and an open-minded, creative approach, which turns every project into a unique experience. Over the years, Javier Herrero has collaborated with many leading companies such as Escofet, LZF Lamps, Sancal or Expormim.

Metallic Finishes

Furniture finished with polyester powder paint has excellent properties not just mechanical, but weather resistant. Gently clean metal structures with water and mild soap using a soft cloth. Do not use cleaners containing solvents. Avoid scrubbers or metal brushes.

Fabric Choices

The fabrics available in the Musola rate are within Sunbrella's IN / OUT collection. These fabrics are inspired by the core values of the Sunbrella brand: design and performance. Proof of this are the different styles and the great variety of colors, patterns and textures that we find in the collection. From beautiful basics to sophisticated jacquards.

Sunbrella upholstery fabrics are as versatile indoors as they are outdoors. They are woven exclusively from mass-dyed acrylic fibers to ensure color fastness under UV rays, and are finished with a stain-resistant protective coating. The fabric is soft, durable, and easy to care for.
